Compared to direct composites, Puche Dental Lab fabricated composites exhibit long-lasting luster, enhancing the appearance for years to come. Our composite materials are gentle on natural dentition, preventing premature wear and promoting patient comfort.
Composites, known for their resilience, offer more durable restorations than ceramic alternatives. When combined with the density of milled composites, our preparations can be more conservative while maintaining durability. This minimally invasive approach allows you to preserve more healthy tooth structure, benefiting your patients.

Key Features Ceramage (Shofu)
- A hand-layered composite that is a zirconium silicate integrated with an organic polymer matrix.
- Zirconium silicate micro ceramic 73% fill
- Virtually the same light transmission as natural teeth
- Can be repaired chairside
- Highly polishable
Lava Ultimate (3M)
- Resin Nano Ceramic (RNC) technology. RNC is a new material class combining benefits of ceramics and a highly cross-linked resin matrix.
- Most translucent of all-ceramic restorations available today, available in HT and LT versions
- Can be repaired chairside
- Highly polishable
Contraindications
- Long span bridges, locations where bonding is not viable
Clinical Handling Prep Design
- 1.5 mm minimum occlusal clearance
- 1.5 mm minimum istmus width
- 90º occlusal margins
- Rounded internal line angles
- Shoulder / 90º margin
Cementation
- Dual-cure resin or adhesive resin product.
- Clean with water, dry, then silinate restoration.
- Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Adjusting & Polishing
- Adjustment can be made with fine diamonds and polished with composite polishing rotary instruments and composite polishing paste (CompoSite Polishing Paste - Intraoral by Shofu).
