Adding Carbon’s 3-D printing technology, this combination of materials and printing is an improvement over traditional acrylics and thermoform materials from a a wear and life expectancy standpoint.
The Puche Dental Lab team has worked closely with Carbon for nearly 2-years to optimize Carbon’s complex hardware and software systems with the KeySplint material to produce the best quality night guard.
Contraindications
KeySplint Soft Clear for Carbon printers contains methacrylate monomers and oligomers which, although rare, may cause an allergic reaction in individuals sensitive to acrylic-containing products.

The resin is biocompatible and fully compliant with international medical device regulations and stands. The robust formulation guarantees three years of shelf life, is color stable, and is resistant to fractures, abrasion and staining.
